What to Expect

When you call to schedule your initial appointment, you will be greeted by a well-trained, courteous staff member. Our goal is for you to see the doctor as soon as possible, often even the same day. New patient appointments are available Monday through Friday.

We will be anticipating your arrival and you will receive a warm welcome when you enter our clinic. Of course, you will be asked to complete some intake paperwork so that we can gather health information about you. If you have health insurance, our staff will do a complimentary benefits check with your insurance company to verify any chiropractic coverage.

You'll then meet with one of our doctors one-on-one to discuss your personal health needs. This initial consultation is complementary and is necessary to determine if you are in the right office to receive the help you are seeking.

After the consultation, if the doctor feels as though this clinic can provide what you are seeking, he/she will recommend the completion of a thorough examination. The examination consists of orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic tests to determine the source of your problem(s). To further evaluate your condition, X-Rays may be taken. If further testing is needed to make an accurate diagnosis, the doctor will make that recommendation.

After the doctor has thoroughly evaluated your health history, physical examination, and X-Rays, he/she will present to you a complete Report of Findings at a follow-up visit. During this report the doctor will explain what the problem is, inform you whether we can help you with your problem, tell you what it will take to fix the problem, and let you know how much it will cost. After the Report of Findings is presented to you, if you are ready to start your treatment, you will be able to do so immediately.
